Uqasha commenced her training in Taekwon-do at an early age of 10. As Uqasha comes from a family who values the outdoor activities, she quickly found herself progressing through the kups and achieving her first degree in 2016 at the age of 14. Uqasha further developed her skills through multiple in-house competitions to compete at her first Nationals in Adelaide in 2017, scoring multiple medal positions across the disciplines. While remaining a committed member of the club, she has taken pride in training young athletes and participating at numerous ACT and National competitions as well as a Global event. Uqasha's skills have also landed her a few referee appointments at these events. Uqasha's focus has been to constantly enhance her professional development at TKD where she progressed to second degree in 2018.
